A BILL to name the bridge crossing the Little Coal river at the confluence of Spruce Fork and Pond Fork on U.S. route 17, Madison, Boone county, the "Lt. Darwin K. Kyle Memorial Bridge".

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
WEST VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS.
§1. Lt. Darwin K. Kyle Bridge.
The bridge crossing Little Coal river at the confluence of Spruce Fork and Pond Fork on U.S. route 17, Madison, Boone county, shall be named the "Lt. Darwin K. Kyle Memorial Bridge". Lt. Darwin K. Kyle is a Congressional Medal of Honor recipient. A sign shall be placed on the bridge designating its name.
